The hotel had an excellent location, just a short walk from the nearest ski lift, which made it very convenient for skiing. The spa area was also a great feature, offering a relaxing retreat after a day on the slopes. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The transparent glass doors in the bathrooms were inconvenient and offered little privacy. the lack of nearby transportation options made it challenging to explore the surrounding area without a car.

Friendly staff, great location near ski lift and Kitzbühel, perfect temperature in pool, nice and clean rooms with big balconies, healthy breakfast, excellent and helpful personnel.

Had a great Easter vacation with my family at this hotel. the location is amazing, just a few steps away from the ski slopes and ski school, which was really convenient for us. We also loved the fact that the hotel has a pool where our kids could splash around and have fun. the buffet breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options for everyone to choose from.

That the sauna and steam room were a bit small and overcrowded, which made it difficult to relax properly. sometimes the staff seemed a bit uninterested, but apart from that, it was a great experience overall.

This hotel is in a great location, just next to the ski lift and perfect for skiing or biking. the rooms are super clean and comfortable with nice shower rooms and ample hot water. the staff are very friendly, helpful and interested in your stay, washing and drying clothes if needed. Breakfast has a great variety and the evening meals are very tasty. If you'd like to try somewhere else to eat, it's a 15-minute walk to downtown.

One of the facilities could be improved, as the pool and spa are small and not suitable for those wanting to relax for an extended period.
